Sasquatch, aka Big Foot, has proven to be an elusive creature for those trying to prove his existence. In this new Gymkhana-esque video, racer BJ Baldwin hunts Bruce the Sasquatch in his 800-hp off-road Trophy Truck.
The video begins with Baldwin tracking Bruce through a wooded area of the Pacific Northwest. After stumbling upon a campsite, Bruce steals a side-by-side ATV to get away from Baldwin who gives chase in his Chevrolet-based Trophy Truck.
After tearing down some dirt roads, the racer finds himself in the city of Tacoma, Wash., where the chase continues through abandoned buildings, the business district, and even residential areas. With its off-road race suspension, the Trophy Truck is able to handle jumps that would destroy normal production vehicles.
Bruce proves to be elusive. At one point Baldwin even jumps his Trophy Truck over the Sasquatch, who is hanging out on a set of stairs. Bruce eventually leads Baldwin into an indoor stadium.
The ending of the video implies that there will be another installment in the “Recoil” series. This is actually the third video featuring racer BJ Baldwin catching air in his Trophy Truck.
