Pricing for the 2016 Nissan Pathfinder has been revealed. A base front-drive Pathfinder S starts at $30,680 (including $900 destination), while a four-wheel-drive Pathfinder Platinum starts at $44,150. Those prices are unchanged from 2015.
The $30,680 2016 Nissan Pathfinder S 2WD comes equipped with seating for seven occupants in three rows and 18-inch alloy wheels. Pricing for the Pathfinder SV 2WD starts at $34,000, or $40 less than last year. A new Cold Package (heated cloth front seats, heated steering wheel, heated outside mirrors) is now available on the SV trim.
The 2016 Nissan Pathfinder SL 2WD is $150 more than last year at $37,260, but now features a standard heated steering wheel, while the Pathfinder Platinum 2WD starts at $42,460 and steps up to 20-inch alloy wheels.
Nissan’s ALL-MODE 4×4-i system is available on every trim level for an additional $1,690. The selectable four-wheel-drive system features 2WD, Auto, or 4WD Lock modes. All Pathfinder models are powered by the automaker’s 260-hp 3.5-liter V-6, which is mated to an Xtronic transmission with D-Step shift logic. When properly equipped, the Pathfinder can tow up to 5,000 pounds.
Available option packages include the new SV Cold Weather Package, along with the SL Tech Package, SL Premium Package, Family Entertainment Package, and Trailer Tow Package.
The 2016 Nissan Pathfinder is already on dealer lots.
